Professional Supervision
A collaborative session that promotes reflection on contextualised work-related issues, for the benefit of ongoing learning and development and improved professional practice.
This is about acknowledging the intersection between personal and professional: understanding yourself, what you bring to your professional role, and how your work impacts on you as a person, with strategies to enhance the positive and address the negative.
Generally regular. 4-6 weekly. 1 hr duration
Written option - series of email prompts and feedback to guide written self-reflection
Debriefing
Facilitated individual or group sessions to debrief about a particularly stressful or traumatic event.
This is about understanding the event and its impact from a range of potential perspectives in order to reflect safely, identify opportunities for meaningful change, and/or ensure appropriate supports are in place for ongoing wellbeing.
Tailored to the specific situation and participant(s) needs
Coaching
Sessions to support you in gaining clarity or developing strengths in order to make positive steps towards meaningful goals.
Related to your personal and/or professional life, this is about identifying and pursuing what matters most to you.
Single or multiple sessions. 1-1.5 hr duration. Supported by email follow-up
Written option - series of email prompts and tools/resource suggestions to guide self-coaching

Supportive Care Consultation
Sessions for individuals, families or groups impacted by serious illness or bereavement.
Helping people to understand themselves, the illness, treatment options, and the healthcare system more fully, in order to identify and pursue what matters most to them.
Not intended to take the place of appropriate ongoing professional care, this is an opportunity to take a whole-person perspective, clarify values, and find a way to navigate the situation meaningfully.
Single or multiple sessions. 1-1.5hr duration. Supported by email follow-up
Education and Facilitation
Tailored to individual or group requirements. Sessions to help improve understanding, explore opportunities to help, or recapture the collective call to care. Options include:
Supported: health conditions, treatments and potential needs explained to allow you or your team/group/organisation to best support you
Compassionate Communities: bringing whole communities together to support those experiencing serious illness and those caring for them
